Below are our current shipping and delivery guidelines.

    We currently offer delivery services exclusively within the United States.
    The “Shipping Country/Region” setting on our website’s checkout page is fixed to “United States.”
    We do not currently offer international shipping services.
  2. Order Processing Time
    All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
    Order processing time does not include:
    Weekends
    U.S. federal holidays
    Extreme weather conditions or logistical disruptions
    Peak periods during promotional events
    Processing times may be extended if order information is incomplete, payment issues arise, or additional verification is required.
  3. Shipping Time
    The estimated delivery time for standard shipping within the U.S. is:
    5–8 business days
    Please note that the above timeframe is an estimated reference and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment.
    Actual delivery times may be influenced by the following factors:
    Distance to the delivery destination
    Carrier network schedules
    Peak holiday shipping periods
    Weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
  4. Shipping Carriers
    Depending on the order destination, package dimensions, and delivery arrangements, we may select one of the following common carriers for delivery:
    USPS
    UPS
    FedEx
    The specific carrier used will be determined based on the details of the individual order and cannot be separately specified by the customer.
  5. Shipping Fees
    Shipping fees for your order will be displayed at checkout in accordance with our website’s policies.
    If the website offers free shipping promotions, free shipping on orders meeting a minimum value, or other shipping discounts, the specific details displayed on the checkout page shall prevail.
  6. Order Tracking
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email containing tracking information (provided the system supports this feature).
    Please use the tracking information provided in the email to monitor the status of your package.
    If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
  7. Failed Deliveries and Address Issues
    Please ensure that the shipping address, contact phone number, and recipient details you provide when placing an order are accurate and complete. If delivery fails, is delayed, or results in a return due to any of the following reasons, the customer may be held responsible for any associated liabilities and additional costs:

    Incomplete address
    Inability to sign for the package
    Multiple failed delivery attempts
    Incorrect contact information
    If a package is returned due to address-related issues, we can assist with reshipment upon confirmation; however, additional fees may apply.
  8. Package Delays
    In the event that delivery times are extended due to carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, system anomalies, or other uncontrollable factors, we will make every effort to assist in tracking the shipment; however, we cannot accept liability for delays that are beyond our direct control.
